We are a spin off of Dharmalingam and Associates a reputed chartered accountancy firm established in 1969 with the strong legacy in Indian taxation, audit and advisory. Backed by a partnership of eight experienced chartered accountants, we combine decades of professional expertise with modern offshore delivery to act as a trusted long term partner for our clients.

Our Journey

1969 - K. Balakrishnan & Co. founded
CA Balakrishnan Pillai establishes K. Balakrishnan & Co. in Nagercoil, laying the foundation for a legacy audit, taxation, and advisory practice.
1995 - Dharmalingam & Associates established
CA P. Dharmalingam, along with two other chartered accountants, founds Dharmalingam & Associates in Karur.
1995-2010 - Steady growth and regional expansion
Four additional chartered accountants join the firm as it grows. Branches are opened to serve clients across six cities in South India.
2011 - Firm amalgamation
Dharmalingam & Associates and K. Balakrishnan & Co. are amalgamated, combining experience, expertise, and shared professional values.
2025 - Global Ledger Works Private Limited formed
Global Ledger Works is established by the same leadership team to extend this legacy into global accounting and bookkeeping services, supporting international businesses and accounting firms through a modern offshore delivery model.
